Receta dieta Keto: Pan Keto

Si estás haciendo la dieta cetogénica sabes que tienes que acabar con la ingesta de carbohidratos, al menos con la mayoría de ellos. El pan está totalmente prohibido si quieres mantener tu estado cetogénico, pero que no cunda el pánico, aquí está la solución: la receta de pan Keto, totalmente permitido para tu dieta.

Ingredientes:

- 150gr de almendra molida o harina de almendra
- 40gr de psyllium
- 2 cucharadas de levadura en polvo
- 2 cucharadas de vinagre de manzana
- 1 cucharadita de sal rosa
- 225ml de agua hirviendo
- 3 claras de huevo
- 20gr de semillas de sésamo (para decorar)

Preparación:


Lo primero que debes hacer es precalentar el horno a 175º.
Una vez tienes el horno encendido, mezcla en un bol todos los ingredientes secos.
Cuando tengas el agua hirviendo, introducirla en el bol junto con los demás ingredientes líquidos.
Ahora hay que mezclarlos bien durante varios segundos, hasta adquirir una consistencia como de plastilina.
Ahora puedes elegir si poner toda la masa en un molde o separarla en trozos y hacer diferentes panes, poniéndolos en una bandeja.
Lo último es hornearlo, durante unos 50 minutos, hasta que suene hueco al darle golpes en la base.

Puedes guardarlo en la nevera o congelarlo, y ponerlo en la tostadora al momento de consumirlo.
